• Reflexology

Is holistic; it is an ancient simple technique of "laying on of hands" and can have profound effects. It works on the body, mind and spirit by stimulating our own natural healing abilities. Any emotional and physical blockages are gradually cleared, making way for fresh healing energies. Reiki uses Universal Life Force Energy of which the therapist acts as a channel for this energy to flow to the client. It is extremely relaxing with a feeling of warmth and well-being and the client draws the energy to where it is needed most. This will stimulate the body's immune system and natural healing abilities.

• Hopi Ear Candles

Ear candles have been used traditionally by Shaman healers and their historic roots are to be found in Asia, they can also be traced back to the Indians of North and South America.
