Massage is the ancient art of touch. It is therapeutic and induces calm, warmth and relaxation to the mind and body. Massage goes back in history thousands of years and has been used by all cultures, especially ancient China, India and Egypt. Old manuscripts refer to the use of massage to prevent and cure diseases and heal injuries.
